One-on-one nature photography workshop
This one-on-one nature photography workshop is the ideal way to improve your skills. During this workshop you will get personalized instructions tailored to your interests and previous knowledge. I will show you what you need to know to get the shots that you want. I will contact you in advance to determine what you want to get out of this day and customize the program fitting your personal needs and desires, whether it is basic instruction, field craft, exposure or any other nature photography subject. Be sure to bring samples of your work and if possible examples of imagery you would like to be able to make yourself.
Besides instructions in technique I will also try to teach you something about nature in general. As a skilled ornithologist and member of Natuurpunt, I will try to inform you about several aspects of the natural world. This workshop will focus on your own area of interest, whether that be landscapes, birds, macro or any other aspect of nature photography and go much more into depth then the group version. The location for this nature photography workshop will be determined in mutual agreement and will depend on the images you would like to make.
At the end of the day, you will receive a 40 page course book (pdf download) embracing all aspects of nature photography, including the main concepts that came up during the workshop. After the workshop each participant can ask feedback on images or information about camera material and techniques free of charge.
For this workshop I offer a flexible schedule, making myself available when you are. This workshop is either available as a half or a full day.
