New website online
Finally my personal website is finished. I have been working on it for quite a while but due to certain circumstance it took a bit longer then I’d hoped and expected. I have chosen for a whole new style and a completely different approach of presenting my images. From now on I won’t show all my images in one big gallery put I came up with a set of portfolios, each of them including some of my favorite subjects. They range from close to home shots to pictures taken on hard work holidays. Other images that are not listed in any of my portfolios can be found by searching or browsing the image library. Through my online shop all of these images can still be purchased as a fine art prints or canvas. On all prints I apply a "Satisfaction Guaranteed" policy. I you are unhappy with the quality of one these prints, please return it for a replacement or a full refund.
For those of you eager to learn more about nature photography themselves, I am now also offer workshops. Depending on your previous knowledge, you will be able to choose between different kinds of workshops. In this way I want to give beginners as well as more advanced photographers the appropriate training. Subscriptions are open now and are being accepted through the website. The number of participants is limited so don’t wait too long. More detailed information on these workshop can be found on the website itself.
Furthermore I successfully participated in several national and international photo competitions. It looks like my landscape work is getting better so that makes me kind of proud.
Two of my images won the Nature’s Best Backyard photo contest (US). An image of Cornwall and an abstract view of the Hallerbos both made it to the semi-finals of the GDT European Wildlife Photographer of the year contest. My image of the Seakale at Dorset coast also got into the last round of Argus natuurfotograaf van het jaar. That same image and the panoramic image of Corfe Castle are both selected into the final round of the prestigious Take A View Landscape Photographer of the year photo contest. For those last two contests, winners still need to be announced, so keep those fingers crossed...
That’s it for now. I hope you enjoy my new website and be sure to check in on me from time to time with new images and other updates.
