Image library & site update

Image library

As some of you might have already seen, I finally finished my image library project. Throughout the years I have collected a lot of images that never made it to the website. So unlike my portfolio website, the image library shows a broad selection of images for commercial and editorial purposes. By browsing the categories or by using the advanced search you can search for images that match very specific criteria.

Site update

Together with the launch of the image library, I also took the time to update my website. I have reduced the number of images and merged some of the portfolios as they were growing too large and things were getting a bit unclear. From now on, only the best shots will appear on the portfolio website; variations and all other shots will be added to the image library.
Next to that, I have also integrated a few social networking tools (you can now “like” all my pictures!) and added client testimonials to the workshop section.

Recent work

I updated my recent work gallery, adding new work from the past two months. I have been mainly photographing in and around Bruges, and with the past two weeks’ arctic temperatures I spent a few weekends on the High Fens. Although heavy snowfall was absent, I did have fun with the ice masses and the remnants of the burnt forest near Noir Flohay.

Light & land workshop

On the 13th of May, Piet Van den Eynde and I will be giving a combi-workshop, introducing you to the world of landscape photography and image editing with Abobe Lightroom (Light & land). We will spend the morning in the field shooting landscapes, and the afternoon inside, editing each participant’s best image. We will work towards an A3 Hahnemühle Fine-Art print, which all participants can take with them as a keepsake.

There are only 2 spots left for this workshop, so hurry up if you are interested in taking part!
